The co-founder of the firm and one of the joint managing partners is Ioannis Zervos who is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant of UK.

Ioannis Zervos, a very knowledgeable, ambitious individual, became in 1998 a partner at his own firm, and he is rapidly making a name for himself and his firm in Cyprus and abroad. Three years prior to that he has worked vicariously as a Tax Manager at Horwath Philippides and Partners where he gained valuable experience in tax, audit and management consulting with clients in all sectors of the economy. He also worked as a manager for audits under international accounting standards for Russian and Ukrainian companies. In 1995 he graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (London University) with a Masters of Science in Accounting and Finance. Before that he became a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance with honours. Ioannis is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants as well as the Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.

The other co-founder of the firm and joint managing partner is Constantinos Zervos who is a qualified Certified Public Accountant of USA. 

Constantinos Zervos joint his brother in 1998 to form ZERVOS & CO and has been a partner ever since. Prior to the formation of the firm Constantinos worked in the audit department of Ernst & Young in Cyprus where he was responsible for implementing audit procedures and controls. As a Senior Accountant he gained valuable experience in audit and tax. In 1995 he became a Certified Public Accountant of USA scoring among the top ten in the state of Florida and among the top 150 in USA on the Uniform CPA Exam. He has a Master of Accounting with honours from the Florida International University and a Bachelor of Accounting and International business obtained with the honorary distinction of Cum Laude. In 2001, he was awarded the designation of the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Constantinos is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Association of Certified Accountants of Cyprus.

The firm realizes that its most valuable asset is its employee force, so it puts much emphasis on recruiting and training that force. The employees of the firm are highly qualified people that can respond to the clients’ needs effectively. This is in part due to the ongoing training process to keep employees focused and motivated.
